Return Policy

Start your return through our return portal

All returns must be initiated through our return portal before sending any item back to us.

14-Day Return Window Returns must be requested within 14 days from the time of order.
Store Credit Only Approved returns are refunded as store credit that never expires.
Unused Items Only Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the time of order. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer store credit or an exchange.

Store Credit

All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit that never expires. You will be credited the cost of the item, less the original shipping fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost as well.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

If these conditions are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Sale Items and Size Exchanges

Sale items are not eligible for return. Size exchanges may be allowed only if the requested size is available in stock. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item, regardless of the item price.

Before Sending Your Return

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first initiating your return through our return portal.

Returns That May Not Be Approved

Store credit may not be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The item is a sale item or final sale item.

Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your store credit will be processed and automatically applied to your account within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Store Credit

If you do not receive an email from us within 3 business days after your item arrives to us, please contact us at info@mynameisrasha.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@mynameisrasha.com.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return shipping fee applies, it may be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
