Shipping & Delivery

We carefully process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping options and delivery times may vary based on the service selected, item availability, and destination.

Free U.S. Shipping Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100.
Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 3 business days.
Tracking Included Tracking information is emailed or texted once your order ships.

U.S. Orders

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100.

Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Depending on the service selected and your location, expedited shipping may range from approximately $10 to $40, with an estimated arrival time of 1–3 business days.

Expedited Shipping

For expedited services, orders must be received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time in order to ship the same business day.

Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

Expedited shipping timelines apply to in-stock items only. If an item is not in stock or requires additional processing, shipment may be delayed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number by email or text message. We will also provide tracking instructions so you can follow your package while it is in transit.

International Orders

International shipping costs are based on the destination country and shipping service selected at checkout.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Release of international packages is at the discretion of customs authorities.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship on days when USPS or the selected carrier is closed.
  • Orders are processed within approximately 3 business days.
  • Orders with free shipping may experience additional processing or transit delays.
  • Please select an expedited option at checkout if you need your order faster.
  • We only ship to addresses recognized by USPS or the selected carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

We will do our best to assist you with the carrier used to ship your order, but once an order shows as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen.
